Date filter behavior issue

When a Date filter is set, then an org.apache.wicket.core.request.mapper.StalePageException is logged. It affects further filters behavior, e.g. you have to clear Date filter twice to remove it, or when a date filter is set, then it can prevent loading filter options of another Select filter.
