Why is mupen64plug-qt using the webcam? #76

Using version 1.15 (from Debian repos):

austin@debian:~$ dpkg -l | grep mupen64plus-qt
ii  mupen64plus-qt                               1.15-1+b3                         amd64        customizable launcher for Mupen64Plus

When opening a ROM, my webcam light turns on. Why is the webcam being activated by mupen64plus?

I also tried cloning the repo and building 1.17 from source, which shows the same issue.
