Pagination

Currently we have a variety of pagination designs, but none are great for handling much larger manifests or collections. (Storybook of the current variations)

Wire-frame proposal

The first few examples show a simple UI when there are only a few pages. Hiding elements that would not be required. As the number of pages grow, the assistive elements also increase. The [...] would be a clickable dropdown/select menu to choose a page. The "Go to page" would be hidden for screen readers as the dropdown/select would give a more constrained control.

The UI design would likely be fairly simple and similar to existing buttons.
