Attempting to open as admin by right click menu does not display anything to the user when using a non-privileged account.

Cannot reproduce (at least on Win10), right clicking and selecting "Run as administrator" from a "Standard" account has the UAC window appear, and the program loads after typing in the password.

"Non-privileged" mean something more specific here? This still happening?
