Selecting a different starter doesn't change the rival pokemon #175

Describe the bug
On selelecting the Starter as Snivy in pokemon blaze black the rest of the pokemon and first gym doesn't change accordingly

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Start a game with Romhack Pokemon Blaze Black
Select Snivy as Starter
Scroll down to Rival's pokemons
The Rival's pokemon is also snivy which should change according to the selected starter

Expected behavior
The Rival's pokemon should change according to the selected starter
