Feature request:

The relationship between ListSchedulersResponse and cache key is 1:N.

Cache key stores the ListSchedulersResponse's digest calculated by Blake3.
Get the ListSchedulersResponse: Get digest with cache key, then get the ListSchedulersResponse's with the digest.
