If I want to remove a wallpaper I created, I need to remove it's XML file inside ~/.local/share/gnome-background-properties/

I would love to be able to remove or maybe even edit that file from inside dynamic-wallpaper

I had the same problem, I had to look into the code to find out where the files are created.
You also need to delete the folder: ~/.local/share/backgrounds/wallpaper-name
