Close HotCodeReplace dialog automatically when process ends

I noticed that when hot code replace failed, then a dialog is shown

when the dialog is open, but the process exits (e.g. you close the application or it ends for other reasons), the dialog still stay open. It would be good to register a listener when the dialog opens and close it when the process terminates.
