Hi

Thanks for the scripts~ I'm a totally new in freesurfer and hcp~ I wonder how you extract [fsaverage.aparc.32k_fs_LR.dlabel.nii] from *.annot. I need fsaverage.aparc.a2009s.32k_fs_LR.dlabel.nii and a2009s.border( if it's possible), Could you give me some advice or tutorial materials. Many thanks!
