Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Using SourcePawnManager.Core as library involves cloning, submoduling or copying dlls. This is not a good experience ☹️

Describe the solution you'd like
I want to be able to load SourcePawnManager.Core from a package manager like NuGet 😀
Including SourceLink would be very nice, too 😉

Describe alternatives you've considered
cloning/submoduling the repository and building it myself or copying the published dlls
