Update versions of iceoryx repositories used

Brief Description

Update the iceoryx versions used by rmw_iceoryx2 defined in iceoryx.repos.

This issue can be re-used whenever a version update is required.

@orecham @elfenpiff what to you think about creating a special label for these ongoing issues. In classic iceoryx I used the word ongoing in the issue title to be able to easily find them. A label might make more sense, though. I don't really care about the actual name of the label as long as it is easy to understand the meaning. In iceoryx2 I have a hard time finding these issues since there is neither a label nor a common naming scheme. What do you think?
