This is part of the continuing need to have some systematic way of managing "vintage" for regularly (or occasionally) updated datasets.

The new neighborhoods are available here: https://services1.arcgis.com/43Lm3JYE3nM91DAF/ArcGIS/rest/services/NSA_March2023/FeatureServer/0
