Update AKS install Terraform to configure the following Entra groups as Cluster Admin

Prod environment clusters (Platform, c2...) - AZ PIM OMNIA RADIX Cluster Admin - prod
Dev environment clusters (Playground, weekly..) -AZ PIM OMNIA RADIX Cluster Admin - dev
