--reverse flag redownloads existing files #79

After adding the --reverse flag, sldl redownloads existing files, ignoring _index.sldl.

I can't reproduce this. I just tried with a test csv file:

Artist,Track,Length
Charli xcx; Bladee , Rewind featuring bladee , 00:02:42
The Beatles , Twist And Shout - Remastered 2009 , 00:02:35
The Kinks , All Day and All of the Night , 00:02:22
Led Zeppelin , Dazed and Confused - 1990 Remaster , 00:06:26

downloaded all tracks, then ran it again with --reverse. Skipped all 4 as expected.

Can you give me the full command you're having issues with?
