If I rename a file, the timestamp is changed to the current time #1

This seems to be a Dokan library issue, which effects encfs4win.
It is filed as https://code.google.com/p/dokan/issues/detail?id=282.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Rename a file on an encfs4win mounted drive.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The time stamp of the file should be unchanged. Instead the date shows the current date.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Dokan library 0.6.0.
