Some improvements to the CMakeLists.txt can be made:

Setting C++ Standard Version
Organize source files
Enable testing
Set build type for Debug and Release
Code coverage
Documentation
CI/CD
Installation rules
Project and Version and Language settings
Compile options
Set include directories
