Added project management commands (create/rename).

Changed project creation command from:

'togo create '

to:

'togo project create '

File/directory permissions in build root are now automatically transferred to packaged files (though default ownership remains root:root).

Also added support for files and directories with spaces in their names.

Example: '/usr/bin/some directory/some file.sh'
