I was reading a Reddit thread the other day discussing why more people don't ditch Esri products for open-source alternatives. This comment stuck out to me:

I realized that, in order to create the best possible experience for geoCML users, we need to expand our visualization capabilities beyond a hosted web map.

Describe the solution you'd like
This simple mock up shows roughly what I would like to see on geoCML Server Portal.

To start, we will have three types of dashboard components: pie charts, bar charts, and raw counts of data. Users can select what data they want to visualize using dropdown menus on each component, populated with fields from some selected layer. Dashboards are configured locally in the user's browser. We can use local session data to store their configuration between site visits.
