I'd prefer to have my projects ingest SeBackupPrivilegeUtils via NuGet package rather than by git submodule and ProjectDependency.

If I have some free time, I'll submit a Pull Request with a GitHub workflow to conditionally build and publish this project (and its dependencies where applicable) to NuGet, GitHub Releases. and PSGallery.
