What problem does this feature solve?

有个疑问，可以看到sys_user中直接关联了部门ID，和角色ID。但是还看到存在一个sys_role_dept部门和角色的关联表，这个表是否可以认为是废弃的？

What does the proposed API look like?

如果没有废弃，想了解这个表的作用是什么
