ehci issue

Hi,

Does anyone have a summary to fix below issue?

uvcvideo: Failed to submit URB 0 (-28)

Now I am trying to work with PT2 (FW:1.3.0) + Lepton2 / 3 and trapped by this issue. I checked using amd64, NanoPi NEO, PineA64 and rock64. (Only rock64 did not hit the problem, it does not use ehci.)
I understand the problem depends on ehci driver and if ohci or xhci it works fine.
I looked into patch but the source has newer code than it, so no extra result.
