I was trying to make it using a custom script but was getting 403 and thought that only apps could use this API call, not my personal token used for integration.
I am more than happy to be wrong here.

Only Connect apps that define the jiraDeploymentInfoProvider module, and on-premise integrations, can access this resource. This resource requires the 'WRITE' scope for Connect apps.

I think it's just the matter of authrizations granted to your access token , from JIRA config :)
