It appears that Business::PayPal::API doesn't like SOAP::Lite 0.715. I get the above error while trying to process an Express Checkout return. However, if I downgrade to an older version of SOAP::Lite like 0.712 then I don't have that problem.

I'm pretty sure this is a bug in SOAP::Lite, but I thought I should tell you guys about it in case anybody else has this problem.
