you might want to soften this statement as a couple of us are exploring the possibility of using federation technologies to enable multiple wallets in a user's phone.

Design around identity-related scenarios which are not applicable to federated identity flows impacted by upcoming privacy-preserving platform changes. For example, fully-decentralized topologies.

perhaps something like:

any identity flows (like privacy preserving or fully decentralized technologies) which are not used in a federated environment.
