Add Option to Customize Action Button on Bookmarks

It would be useful to give users the ability to customize the default action for the main action button (currently set to "Expand") on bookmarks. Not everyone frequently uses the "Expand" option—for example, I personally use "Archive" more often. This feature could be implemented in two ways:

1. Settings Menu: Users could go into settings to select a default action for the button (e.g., expand, archive, move to a different list, etc.).
2. Pinning from Bookmark Menu: Users could pin a preferred action directly from the bookmark menu, allowing for quick customization.
