[KANGAROO] Add factory reset option #23

There is currently no option to factory reset a kangaroo app, for example in case of a lost password.

AC:

Ability to factory reset kangaroo from the "Enter Password" screen
Ability to factory reset kangaroo from a menu item in the running app
