bug: health monitoring adguard marked as disconnected

Describe the bug

it connect for like 5-10 seconds when i reloads the page then sets itself as disconnected after that, the buttons still work and actually affect adguard,, its just reporting thats its disconnected, i was using the same widget on the "before 1.0 versions" and there it works flawlessly

Just tested this on multiple browsers, and it's the same to me on Firefox/Chrome. Not sure why this happens, I've even tried playing around with Adguard itself, but the behaviour of the widget is the same - connected for ~10 seconds, then 'Disconnected' - while AdGuard reports nothing of the sorts, and is still reachable via Home Assistant for example.
