Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Describe the solution you'd like

  • As described in the issue we need to:
    1. Provide translations for the mandatory / digitisation questions in FMTM.
    2. Improve the handling of translation fields provided on the users custom XLSForm (ensure they are all merged correctly, with fallback to English if no translation is provided yet for mandatory fields.)

The geometry is missed to be translated on Brazilian Portuguese as well as the survey questions group which contains all the questions user uploads through xlsx form is not translated.
