[REQUEST] Make possible to change banner position in profile

Yes, it is related to banner not being centered in the correct part of the image.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add a button to change the banner position next to the load banner button (after you load a banner to your profile). After you click the button, you'll be able to use your mouse to drag the image and move to the desired position.
