add #sparql2template: parser function

This is a feature request:

As great as the options are, the best one would be an option to have a result format pushing the data in a template. This way, you could store the data in you wiki, e. g. if you use Semantic MediaWiki.

You need to specify which element should be used as name for the page that the template creates and the rest of the elements are usable as template parameters.
