node log clears when hovering over node in version DAG

Seen on Mac Safari, FIrefox. The node log list depopulates when you hover over a node in the version DAG. Occasionally repopulates a single line on hover for some nodes. Specifically seen when I was looking at http://emdata2:7000/#/repo/30021a3ff14f4da5b8f455cd8d4b0be9.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think this was the current intended behavior. Hovering gives the log for a particular node, and there is a 'restore repo details' button that restores the full repo log.

We could have it automatically reload the repo log when not hovering over a node instead of having a button for this. Alternatively, we could display individual node logs in a popover that appears on hover next to the node.
