Fails to compile with libc++

This fails to build with libc++, the C++ standard library developed by the LLVM project.

The issue is a missing #include in png++/error.hpp.

This appears to already be fixed in the upstream png++ library, so you could potentially also fix this issue just by upgrading the bundled version of png++.
