The *_DomStrat() functions do not currently correct the SE for the same sampling unit measured in more than one domain. Bootstrapping is currently being used to estimate the corrected SE. See the d-... vignette for details.

I don't think that this is too hard for abundance and density.. may be more difficult for ratios ..
