[FEATURE] Feature Request: Add Support for Speed up to 4x in betterplayer Plugin

Hello,
I would like to request a feature enhancement for the betterplayer plugin to allow video playback speeds of up to 4x.
Currently, the plugin supports speed adjustments, but increasing the upper limit to 4x would be highly beneficial for users who prefer faster playback for certain content like lectures, tutorials, or audiobooks.

This feature will enhance the user experience by catering to a broader range of playback preferences. It would be great if the speed control UI and API options could also support this expanded range.
