[FEATURE]: Show deadline on card/sort on deadlines

Users can add a deadline to their letters, we need to show this to the volunteers and sort the letters based on the deadline as well. Maybe we can add something like 'Needs a response within X amount of days' on the letter cards for the volunteers. And apply a smart sorting function or something to make this work.
