It seems when randomizing a device the values tend to frequently be either 0% or 100%. It's as if it's acting bipolar with the center at 50%, but having a range of 200%, like it's trying to go to -50% and +150%, resulting in frequent 0% and 100% values after randomization. I hope this makes sense.
