Unable to fetch games--Okta sessionToken error

I am a Mac user and am unable to use the fetch function as I get Key Error message saying I need Okta sessionToken. I know other users who do not get this message, so I am wondering if it is unique to Mac or is there a way to bypass this Okta requirement? The error seems to be coming from the mlbsession.py file. I would appreciate any suggestions or ideas. Many thanks in advance!
