Once the input file can be fully customized, there should exist a web interface that allows users to create and download their own input file. A satisfactory website will contain the following properties:

  1. A fully-supported documentation on PlasMol as a whole.
  2. A input file generation app that allows for download of file after creation.
  3. A source preview that displays a 2D slice of the shape of the source specified in the input file.
  4. An object and simulation preview that displays a 2D slice of the shape of the object specified in the input file in relation to the frame size of the simulation.
