undefined method `ssl_version=' for #<Net::HTTP www.evernote.com:443 open=false>.

Environment:
Ubuntu12.04 with default ruby1.8 emacs 23.3.1
Problem:
After I input my password, the minibuffer always show undefined method `ssl_version=' for #<Net::HTTP www.evernote.com:443 open=false>.
I tried sudo apt-get install libopenssl-ruby, but the apt tool let me choose libruby and it's new so nothing is installed .
Now I can't solve the problem and ask you for help.
