For the most part parsers can be considered as obsolete now for any chat model that supports native tool calling capabilities.

What are you trying to achieve? Is the goal to stream the JSON output or to just get structured output?

For structured output, you can also look into the with_structured_output method available on chat models that have support for tool calling.
