Bash script for managing diffMarginBase config

Thank you for your excellent Visual Studio extension!
I use it daily.

I just discovered that you've already implemented (#155) a feature that I've wanted for a long time, the ability to diff against something else than the latest commit.

Here I provide a little bash script that can be used to manage the git config setting while using this feature.
Hopefully someone will discover this and find it useful, I rarely write bash scripts so, pardon the spaghetti..

## $ diffmargin.sh
##   Shows current diffmarginbase setting for the current branch.
## 
## $ diffmargin.sh <commit>
##   Sets diffmarginbase setting for the current branch to <commit>
##   , which can be anything git can resolve to a commit.
## 
## $ diffmargin.sh -d
##   Removes diffmarginbase setting for the current branch
##   , reverting to default diff behavior

Remember to add the directory where you put the script to PATH environment variable if you are using Git Bash on windows.
