How to fix this? should i use Linux mint live usb instead of fedora live usb for restoring?

Could you recommend any alternative suggestion
where i can successfully create grub/bootloader for my restored snapshot.

Which recovery USB (GUI) help to restore bootloader issue after restore empty disk.

Note:
i am much more windows,
i tried install grub manually but faced some other issues.
