Adding a bam file to an issue

I have a problem with octopus not calling a variant that I had been told was there and I can see in the bam. The guidelines for Issues recommend providing bam files. I made cut-down bams of just the reads that overlap the site of interest but I don't know how to link them . Trying to attach got first 'not a permitted file type' and when I renamed them from .bam to .bam.gz (obviously not ideal) they are over 25MB limit
