Describe the bug

running an imagecaption command on a file of size 250x250 causes "Input 1 width 249 does not match input 0 width 250." in ffmpeg

Expected Behavior

No response

Steps To Reproduce

run an imagecaption command like $eminem or $stuff on a video of size 250x250

Anything Else

No response

So I just need to take more care in creating the captions to make them to the exact right size or the "brute-force" dumb solution pad them to the right size

also happens when running $twittercaption test on https://tenor.com/view/yes-agree-yup-nod-gif-14017499
