What happened?

When going to youtube.com and clicking on auto-bubble or inject script, the dialog operations buttons are missing and non functional, including the settings button. UserScript+ is then stuck open.

The table still sorts and the Install buttons still work.

Happens at least in v6.8 + v7.0
