Did not get install dependency

In chapter 1 when page 28 in section number 18, I did not get anything (Installing C# dependencies...) in the output windows
Would you happen to know how I install c# dependencies?

I have used visual code and my os is Microsoft Windows NT 10.0.19044.0

As the step says, "The first time that you do this, Visual Studio Code may have to download and install C# dependencies..." Note the "may". If you do not get any messages in the Output window then it is because you already have them installed.

mine didn't either, however after navigating away and coming back moments later, and re-clicking on the item the window opened to install the dependencies. (Windows 11)
