Feature Idea: Time tracking

Summary

Are there any plans to implement time tracking per Board ticker/issue? It's been requested in Focalboard but never implemented, so I'm wondering whether it might get implemented in this plugin.

How important this is to me and why

Importance: High

Use cases:
This is very important feature for any agile team and using external tools like Clockify defeats the purpose of all-encompassing system like Mattermost.

Additional context/similar features

Clockify is nice but a super-simple start-stop timer for an issue would very much suffice.
