Hi,
looks like either vts-backend is not installed or generatevrtwo is not in your $PATH. The binary should be located at /opt/vts/bin/generatevrtwo. Is it really there?

Is this still relevant?

The generatevrtwo command is provided by vts-mapproxy-tools (debian/ubuntu) package. You need to have either /op/vts/bin in PATH or use full binary path /opt/vts/bin/generatevrtwo.
