Auto-fill fields when only one option is available

This was discussed briefly in the Field Notes meeting of December 9th, 2024, and is a low-priority improvement. The idea is that for specific templates, some fields will be restricted to only one value (e.g. for the soil template, "ecosystem" will have to be "Environmental").
It would be nice if the App (and probably the portal as well, maybe ?) would auto-fill these cases automatically. Not critical at all, but I suspect will be required by users as soon as they realize they have to click / select from a list of 1.
