Repro Steps

So I tried to convert from my Ubutu version 1 into version 2, in the previous day I tried to use will --install but I got the error 80041002, that's when I tried to download Ubuntu version 1, but I realized that Docker need version 2 and now I got this error

Expected Behavior

It should work fine

Got error

Set-ExecutionPolicy Bypass -Scope Process -Force
.\collect-wsl-logs.ps1

The scipt will output the path of the log file once done.

Once completed please upload the output files to this Github issue.
